  • If the estate is tax paying we work with HMRC to complete the process as quickly as possible, whilst always ensuring you pay the minimum amount in tax.
  • So what do you get for 1.5%+VAT? You save time and family disputes and get a complete service, with Probate applied for, HMRC forms accurately completed, funds realised and beneficiaries paid.
  • You get accurate calculations of IHT due, reliefs available and exemptions used. 
  • You get all estate taxes calculated and paid including Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax due from the estate, you get the estate registered with HMRC for tax, you get a full set of Estate Accounts for distribution to beneficiaries.
